For the women of Women In Music Columbus, classical music is music to their ears. We recently redesigned the website of this non-profit in Columbus, Ohio and now the website now reflects the vitality and class of the women members themselves.

Their goals were to streamline and standardize the organization’s website to better highlight important and timely information, and to provide a consistent presentation of information from page to page. They wanted to ability to easily include videos and photos showcasing their music performances and social events and needed to the ability to sell tickets to their events easily.  As the demographic of their members change, utilizing social networks such as Facebook, Linked in, and Twitter to spread the value of membership becomes more important, so we created accounts on each of those networks and integrated them with the website itself. It was also important to be able to link to other organizations and their members’ own performing groups. They needed to be able to easily manage their concerts and tours. Now, in addition to managing the organizations own concerts, members can submit their own private performances to be published on the site directly (see here).
