Leslie’s Creperie is a gourmet creperie food cart and caterer in Columbus, Ohio serving award winning crepes, smoothies and coffees. We first met Paul and his wife Leslie just a few days after they opened their business, having just won 3rd place at the Taste of Upper Arlington 2010. Since then, the business has grown tremendously! With an eye towards the future, the website we designed for Leslie’s Creperie allows Paul and Leslie to sell their homemade products directly from their site, shipping nationwide using live UPS shipping rates. Another important feature for their mobile food business was the ability to display their latest tweets, as they frequently share updates on their locations, updates on their menu if they sell out during the day, etc… As such, we feature their latest tweet at the top of every page, along with a link to their twitter account. Paul and Leslie can also update their website on the go, directly from their smartphone using their WordPress app – not only adding posts, photos, and videos, but also automatically geotagging their location. Once they create a post, the website will automatically display a map of their location on the front page of their website, showing visitors exactly where they are that day, and allowing them to click to get directions to their favorite creperie cart!
